I keep thinking that I have been bitten by the 'gardening bug' this summer. I have visited every garden centre here in town and have bought more flowers and shrubs than I've ever bought in my life. I hope that my interest in the area keeps growing because I've put alot of money into my garden over this summer.
This weekend we had to plant the flowers and shrubs that we didn't have planted yet and that was no easy task. (seeing as though I have to buy every flower or shrub that I like now) Anyway...we were busy using the pic axe and shovel this weekend....not easy stuff. Thank goodness DH was there to lend a hand whenever I needed him.
This picture is supposedly a Petite Plum Butterfly Bush--Buddleia davidii 'Petite Plum' (that's what the tag on it said anyway. Hope it doesn't die on me because I love the blooms...very rich purple...pic does not do it justice.
